Do not buy from this company especially from a man called Ian Hunt, he is rude and unprofessional and i have our conversations recorded as prove of his rudeness. he is not understanding and doesn't no the meaning of customer service. i have told all my family and friends to never use these people again. he shouted at me and was very rude because i told him i didn't like how their service was running, i am the customer and have every right to say how i feel about the service being provided as i am paying for it. i will never ever use u guys again. The best person to use there is Bill.

Please avoid using them at all cost , I have been chasing my refund since March 2020 and they keep giving excuses and excuses to not giving me my money back. They have poor customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I honestly would.

I really regret purchasing my ticket with travelhouse! I had the worst customer service experience with my agent who even raised his voice at me! They are only nice and accommodating when you’re buying tickets horrible when dealing when asking for refunds. I will be buying my tickets directly to the airlines next time especially with the current pandemic we are experiencing now. I know it would be a little bit expensive but it would save me a lot of stress and effort dealing with rude agent! It’s not worth the little money you save with travel agents. Airlines will refund your ticket without hassles. I’ve learned my lesson!
