On forwarding the google review seemingly showing 1,000 views , the MD phoned me . Lady was polite and listened to my experience. She had a full record of visits. She explained that the price may have altered between visits and I will not have been remembered. I will suggest customers ask the value paid may be repeated on every visit for the same product. Matter now closed, Andrew.

Agreed price per kg . Took in 5.8 tonnes and paid as agreed. Then unloaded , weighed in 1.32 tonne, scrap tidied into skip . Staff as usual , polite and helpful. Then owner appeared, price dropped 320.00p. Staff visibly on edge and avoided eye contact. So the owner with his big brash Range Rover could not resist a bit of sharp practice. So what could I do ? Queeried money and owner went away. Staff said price had dropped on metals market. Hmm . Andrew.
