I have recently bought a mini from this dealership and the service here has been fantastic. Gemma and her Business Manager Tom were both brilliant from start to finish. Having worked in the automotive industry, I have had experience of how car dealerships run and this business really breaks the mould in a very positive way. Every member of staff is welcoming when you visit the showroom. Nothing is too much trouble and Gemma went out of her way to make sure that I got the exact car I wanted with all the added extras. She even organised the sign writing I wanted on my car so that it was all done when I collected it. This is the most hassle free car purchase I've ever had with regular updates and a brilliant customer experience. If you're thinking of buying a new or used Mini, I would definitely recommend you go to Cooper Mini. By the way, I am in love with the car too!

We didn’t have the greatest experience this time around. Not the best communication- for example we weren’t advised we’d need insurance in place to collect the car, so spent hours on the day trying to get sorted. (Last time we had a 7 day cover from mini to cover this). Also, felt like a very rushed hand over of the car - and I had to wait to receive the log book before I could find the vin for the mini app. Still can’t figure out the computer linking with my phone - despite watching all sorts of videos telling me lots of other things
