It’s clear from the majority of the reviews on here that the employees of DPD chelmsford are definitely shady. Items turn up missing, stolen or even damaged. To add insult to injury, they take fake pictures making it look like they actually delivered your items when clearly they didn’t. When you call to complain they give you the run around. The whole unit needs to be investigated and boycotted to be honest. For peace of mind this 2021 I would advise that you use another company. One that’s reliable and trustworthy.

Can’t thanks Sophie the staff member enough. Honestly if I could give you something as a way of appreciation I would. Amazing customer service she went above and beyond to sort out my issue and I really appreciate it. Thanks to her and the staff for sorting out the issue I had with my parcel professional and quickly. 10/10 services!

Don't even deserve 1 star. They don't turn up and say sorry we missed you. 2 days in a row without even bothering to turn up

i was supposed to get the delivery on monday. Come tuesday..i get a text at 12:36 that i will get my parcel between 12:36 and 13:46. 5 minutes later i get a message that i was not home and they missed me. ..... i was home, and got a doorbell camera to show they never even attempted.

Absolutely terrible service. Dropped and ran, I understand this at the moment however when the package is damaged and the item is clearly missing then this is just shoddy service. This shouldn't have been delivered in the first place seeing the state of it. I certainly won't use DPD if I can help it in future.
