I was looking for something new to get into and found Gracie Barra Chelmsford. Went along for a session and was really impressed with the instructors and the facilities. Everyone there is really helpful and It has a real community feel. Has lots of classes throughout the day which suit me and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new challenge.

I started my Jiu-Jitsu journey at the end of September and have enjoyed every minute. Having no martial arts background, I was a bit skeptical about what to expect but any reservations were quickly put to rest; the instructors at GB Chelmsford are very knowledgeable, friendly & patient and always take the time to make sure you understand and can apply what you are learning in the lesson. Also there is a great bunch of guys & girls you train with and good sence of camaraderie is born out that. If anyone is curious about about BJJ or starting a new martial art, I would definitely recommend coming along to a class - good fun & great people.
