Having been to a number of outlets to look at hot tubs we decided to return to Hot Springs where we had purchased our first one over 20 years ago. As this was during the height of the lockdown we had to make an appointment. We found Reece friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements and did not try to sell us anything that was not suitable. He explained the differences between the hot tubs they sell and the others we had seen which were cheaper. We were lucky that ,at the time when delivery was months due to an upsurge in interest because of the pandemic, we were able to purchase one that suited our requirements perfectly which was already being shipped so delivery for us would be in a matter of weeks. He came and surveyed our property to ensure the access was sufficient ( whereas others had talked of blocking off our road with a crane which is expensive) and assured us that the hot tub would get down the side of our house. He helped us to decide where the best place was to situate the tub too. Delivery and set up went smoothly. Reece followed up with calls to check that everything was ok and was at the end of the phone when we had some questions re chemicals and equipment. We found the whole experience from entering their premises to entering our hot tub a hassle free experience and highly recommend Hot Springs!

Having wanted a hot tub for so long, we shopped around but after finding Reece at Hotspring we didn’t need to look any further. We went for the Propel and are absolutely over the moon with it. Reece was great throughout the whole time - from our initial questions, keeping us updated, delivery and aftercare. He was always available by phone or email. We would strongly recommend Hotspring World and it was made so much better by the professional and courteous one to one service we received from Reece.

I purchased a Hotsprings Relay tub from Hotsprings Chelmsford in the summer so apologies for the late review. Reece runs a very good business - he is very knowledgable, friendly and responsive. Obviously this year has been very busy for the industry and bearing in mind these quality tubs come from California, the overall service was excellent. There were a couple of relatively minor delays (COVID driven) but Reece kept us updated all the time and the tub turned up on the day promised once it had cleared the port. Delivery and set up was very professional (two really nice guys did the install) and the end product is superb. The build quality, insulation and features are of a very high standard and I've had many enjoyable hours relaxing in the tub, listening to the Bluetooth integrated sound system. I would highly recommend both the Hotsprings brand and indeed Reece & his branch. I am a member of several Facebook hot tub pages and I am so pleased we chose to go for an American tub over a Chinese one. Happy tubbing!

We wanted to purchase a good quality hot tub during the 'lockdown' but soon realised that there was a severe shortage due to demand. When being directed to Hotspring World we soon made contact with Reece who gave us the best advice on type and availability. Our Freeflow Excursion Premier was delivered personally by Reece and since then he has been bombarded with questions, all of which he answered clearly.
