Lovely walk around the enlightenment light display ... Very magical .. lots of stewards encouraging social distancing ... Took us around 30 minutes as adults to walk around at a fairly slow pace. It was very well done thank you x

Attended the Enlightened evening light show on Monday 4th Jan and OMG what a great 40 minute walk. Staff and stewards were fab despite the freezing cold weather, but the lights were awesome throughout the grounds of Hylands House. Now lockdown #3 is upon us not sure if they’ll open this again, but if they do well worth the 12 per ticket.

Despite it being deep mid-winter the grounds were in a good state. Pleased to see cafe open. It was providing a drinks and cakes service - although they were somewhat pricey.

Walked round during the enlightenment light trail. Was very pretty and an enjoyable time. The park around the house is stunning and is very vast. Haven’t yet been inside due to covid but it’s a great location for walks and picnics perhaps when the weather is warmer.

I love the ideea of playing and displaying Christmas lights. They did a very good job for a first time event. I know that they know there was and is plenty room for improvements, diversity and enlightened ideas.. The dirt from the paths was something to work on it as well.. And the price.. A bit to spicy in my opinion for what they had to show this year, 50 for family of 4 is not the end of the world but think about all the families and kids on these hard times.. Anyway i hope they will do better next year, while for some this was/is just business, for talented people is and will be an opportunity to create something worthy to admire! Keep up the good work !
