Have used Minster for over a year now and have almost no issues. Any issues we have had where sorted immediately. Cover has been provided on almost all occasions (and if not refunds have been given), including sorting relief cleaners after previous cleaners left. Staff have always been friendly and helpful, even during the stress of us moving! Dawn has always made sure everything is working properly, although I haven't seen her much since our current cleaner (Maggie) started! Would recommend!
