We visited as the shop came recommended for the gait analysis my wife was looking for. The customer service was excellent. The analysis was performed, trying a few different shoes with no pressure on time or commitment to purchase. The knowledgeable feedback was valuable in helping select the right shoe. I was so impressed I couldn't resist doing the same and after a couple of weeks I'mIstill loving the shoes. I can not give any higher recommendation and will not hesitate to return for my next pair.

Went today for some new trainers. I have never had such amazing service! The staff are genuinely interested in what you need trainers for. Their knowledge is second to none. There is absolutely no pressure to buy. Thoroughly recommend !

This is by far the best sports shop in Chelmsford. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and you don’t feel any pressure to buy. I have gone back time and time again for my running trainers and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a new pair of running shoes for park runs and 10ks so popped into Runactive. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff that analysed my running style and then showed me a great range of shoes. I picked up a pair of ON cloud Flows and I'm loving them. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone that likes running.
