A very nice showroom with really great staff, and the service team are really top notch. There are now superchargers here as well and they are the new V3 ones so back to 80% in about 20 minutes. There is a Starbucks within walking distance so you can grab a drink and food while your car charges.

Tesla Chelmsford were amazing! I took my 10 year old with me when I went for a drive in the Model X, I was absolutely speechless. The comfort, speed, sound (no road noise) was incredible. The staff at Tesla Chelmsford were so helpful, the car was clean inside and out, had plenty of battery in it, was excellent at the social distancing. The car was amazing, the showroom was beautiful, and the staff were faultless! They’re so technical, and so advanced, even I was blown away with it, my son knew more about the cars than I did! One day I will own one! Thank you Tesla Chelmsford!

A truly delightful experience. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. No "I need to speak with a manager", ordering a new car literally takes 5 minutes. Other car manufactures please take note, this is the way forward!

No problems once in but front door is locked and we waited outside for 15 mins for a test drive before realising there was a side door with staff at the desk. There needs to be a sign placed on the front door. Otherwise very slick service
