Hmmm... My jury is still out, but my first experience with this Cheltenham Eagle Tower Based agency leaves a lot to be desired so far, after being left hanging to hear whether or not I got the job they put me forward for last week. And that was AFTER I had a conversation face to face with the agent where we BOTH agreed how horrid an experience it is to be left hanging in that exact same way!!! It's fairly obvious by now that I didn't get the job, but I'm really surprised that nobody's even contacted me to let me know! I've been a temp for thirty years, always had lovely jobs and been treated well, with agencies who appreciated me, but this is kinda weird. I'm a professional and I just want to be treated with the same kind of professionalism and respect that I bring to any job. Not seeing much of that from them so far. Still hopeful, but to be honest, if they don't see me as an asset, maybe they're just not the right kind of agency for me anyway.
