Words cannot describe how fantastic our experience with Beards was! I’d always wanted a vintage engagement ring so we went for the bespoke design service. My ring arrived this week and it’s more beautiful than I could ever have imagined! Sophie and Alex supported us through the design process, listening attentively to everything we wanted. It’s started with five designs that I was able to pick from after the proposal. They nailed the designs and I picked one without making any changes. Within a week a selection of diamonds had been sourced and were ready for us to go and pick. We spent an hour with Alex looking at diamonds with Champagne of course! It was so fantastic to feel so involved in the process, creating something so special. The experience from start to finish was top class. For anyone looking for an engagement ring and if your don’t know where to start I cannot recommend Beards more. The feedback from my other half before I was involved in the process is equally as fantastic. He didn’t know an awful lot about rings, diamonds etc. and Sophie helped him through the process working back from the budget to get the best ring he could. He felt really supported throughout, with regular updates and it gave him the confidence the ring was going to be just perfect. Sophie and Alex, we can’t thank you enough for the giving us the best experience and the most gorgeous ring. We can’t wait to revisit for our wedding bands!

We took my gorgeous engagement ring, which had previously belonged to my fiancé’s grandmother, to Beards to be resized. We were advised to get the setting remade as it was very old. It was a very intricate design and a bit of a challenge. However, Kevin did the most amazing job! He worked to a tight deadline and kept us updated at every step of the way! I didn’t think the ring could be any more amazing but it really does look out of this world! I can’t stop staring at it! Huge, huge thank you to you, Kevin!!

Incredibly helpful and friendly. We had no experience of choosing the right watch. Jason was very helpful with advice and answering our unanswerable questions. The watches they have sell themselves so that helps!
