I was under the impression that all clothes were taken as long as good quality. Today I took 17 bags of clothes mostly from my elderly mother. The majority was very good quality wool skirts, tops, trousers etc. All bags ripped open and then told dont want any as not fashionable enough. I think this should be mentioned on website. Then asked if I wanted to leave for recycling or take away. As all bags ripped and I had lugged in all bags with help of my pregnant daughter we were put in a predicament. Suffice to say we left the lot to be ecycled\ but unable to be sold to \charity shops\. To be honest probably a load of bulls**t from shop worker and no doubt even recycled must earn some cash, we felt we had been manipulated. Lesson learnt just take to our own charity shops!

Simple way to get rid of unwanted clothes and make some money at the same time. Cant think of anything that could improve the service as its so easy... its a good deal as it takes no effort at all. I have already recommended it to friends
no complaints, just as I have with many of these types of companies. They want a high standard of used clothing. Personally I tend to go through alot of clothing and trends in the industry that I work in. So I either give the clothes to my friends or this way sell them on for a bit of cash.
Visited today, super quick and easy. 3 large bags of clothes 7 richer! Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend
Absolutely disgusting. Travelled 40 miles with 25 sacks to exchange for charity to get a hand in the face and told SHUT at 3.15 by extremely rude woman. Why advertise until 4pm.
