I had a low pressure warning on my rear left wheel and realised there was a nail in it! This was 23rd December evening so nowhere was open lucky a friend recommended this place after I had given up, being that the next day was Xmas eve I was shocked I could get a slot. They were super quick I arrived early and the took my car straight in gent on the desk was really nice and I had a few questions about other stuff he was really helpful I would recommend this place to friends and family nice polite guys given I have been to garages full of grumpy sods before!

Can’t recommend enough! If you care about your car then read on... I needed two new tyres to pass an MOT and having had bad experiences with previous companies where they’d damaged my alloys, I was keen to find somewhere that would be able to accommodate for mine which are 20” diamond cut. A friend who specialises in detailing cars recommended ETB Cheltenham and within 5 minutes of speaking with Dan I’d reserved 2 new tyres and had a booking the very next day. In just over an hour they’d replaced the tyres and had completed a tracking alignment which was undoubtedly needed. I was kept updated throughout the process by Dan who answered any questions I had about costs etc. Having picked up the car, there was absolutely no damage to the alloys with only a few very minor scratches around the centre of the wheel. It’s safe to say however that I’ll be going back to ETB for all tyre replacements and wheel alignments in the future! Cheers guys, Will.
