Lovely little airport. Great free parking and such a pity the routes to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man have gone. Was very easy to arrive, check in and get flying on small planes easily and quickly. Always fun to watch the helicopters buzzing around and all the learner pilots practicing takeoff and landing.

We went there to attend one flight lesson experience. There is a nice pub with beer garden where u can watch the planes.

Best General aviation airport and full air traffic control who are professional and helpful.

Grandchildren love watching the air traffic landing and taking off. The aviator pub on site serves meals and has stock of ice cream and lollipops. There is plenty of outdoor seating.

Landed here as part of my Nav ex for my PPL Training. Airside staff were very accommodating, great parking and ATC personnel were professional. Landside - café is great, warm and cold food, drinks etc. I sat outside in the beautiful sun with a great view of the active runway and approach path. I'll be back soon - hopefully for my QXC. :)
