I have been registered as a patient at the Leckhampton Surgery for 21 years. The care I have received during this time has been second to none. My GP listens, cares, is my advocate, is empathetic, guides...... The administrative staff are also proficient and helpful. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be registered here.

Having experienced dreadful service from another local GP practice since contracting Covid19 and suffering complex longhaul symptoms, my faith in doctors had been severely knocked. Finding Leckhampton has been such a positive, uplifting and incredibly different journey. Dr Hiskens is the most knowledgeable, empathetic and professional doctor I have ever had and the rest of the team there, from reception, to admin, to nurses all have such high standards and make me feel welcome and understood at every level.

A great place to go if unwell, staff and Dr's very friendly and do their best to get you well again. I have a hearing impairment, they are all very understanding. Ok you have to wait a bit, please understand others may require more time with a Doctor than the booked ten minutes. Be a patient patient. All the staff do their very best. Thank you all for your help, understanding and support.

Been with the practice for over 20years. Large practice with many doctors, nurses and staff. Always efficient and caring. Only downside is that it can take up to a month to get an appointment with a named doctor
