I needed a fire suppression system as part of a development. I was targeting Automist by Plumis. Mainpoint was the local dealer for my area. I was a bit nervous at first, since it's a licensed product, so I didn't had the choice to who I was working with. It turns out Mike was very hands-on and no-none sense type of guy. I was pleased with that, mainly in comparison with building reg which was just passing the blame on the specialists and contractors. We got a timeframe/quote discussed and agreed quickly. I had to delay the work due to other trades being late (Covid), the Mainpoint team accommodate well to the change. Now the job has been completed a couple of month ago, it's clean.
