Very nice and caring staff , I could not get down to pick the items I won in one of their auctions for a couple of weeks (I'm in Leeds), the lady was very nice and had them out ready for me on the day I said I was coming. It happened to fall on a sale day and so I could not refuse her offer to have a look, and I have gone and won a lovely early 19th century blue and white pottery spittoon!

Be very careful when you buy from this auction, there is no any information on their website about the condition of every Lot. I bought a jade carving piece which is broken and restored, which was never mentioned, and the auction house did nothing but use their terms and conditions as excuses. The only thing they can do is to charge your commission fee, nothing more!
