Amazing service from the office staff, engineers and fitters from start to finish. All our questions (there were numerous) were answered knowledgeably and clearly by Debby and Nicola and we thank them for their patience! We now have a beautiful fireplace and stove which really enhances our sitting room. I would highly recommend The Fireplace Gallery who offer a 'complete' service (selection to fitting) and they have a great range to choose from. Mr and Mrs Harvey

We have had the Studio 2 fire by Gazco fitted in our living room and are absolutely over the moon! The lovely ladies in the office have outstanding knowledge and were helpful from the outset! The showroom is also huge and we got to see what we were buying before we bought which was key for us in making our decision.

I recently purchased an absolutely beautiful electric fire and have been beyond thrilled not only with my purchase, but the service I received too. I was taken great care of by Nicola who happens to be a director of the company. From the very start she could not have been more friendly, professional, helpful - and patient! She told me about the various options available and explained the working features of the fires available. Their selection are fabulous too. I opted to pay extra to have an engineer fit the fire, another great decision as he needed to slightly extend the cavity left by the previous fire. He was meticulous about this and was very respectful and careful not to damage the newly painted surround. He took all the rubbish away having hoovered every little spec of dirt. Whilst their showroom was further out from where I live than more local companies, I decided to check them out as I got very positive vibes from Nicola on the phone - and I wasn’t disappointed. The company are an absolute dream to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. If you want a new fire, don’t go anywhere else.
