I recently booked a session to address an issue of significant anxiety attached to examinations and promotion interviews.Trevor was very supportive and reassuring. After the one session he said I didn’t need anymore and I went to the interview confident and relaxed. I passed when the previous year I panicked and performed very poorly. Thank you for the calm and supportive way you addressed the issue. I would certainly recommend him to others in the future.

I booked a hypnosis appointment with Trevor to sort out a problem I had. I wasn't sure if he'd be able to get it fixed in just one session because other hypnotherapists wanted me to book a series of appointments but I thought it was worth a go. Trevor took the time to find out precisely what the problem was, then he put me into a hypnotic trance. I don't remember much of what he said while I was in that trance but I know that, as he promised, my problem went away a few days later. Highly recommended.
