Helpful Staff with friendly attitude, willing to bend over backwards to explain any questions you may have. Eager to teach various Tabletop Games to Youngsters and willing to help with Painting Advice. They also run workshops for novices, ask in store!
Well stocked, very clean, no gaming tables due to Covid so not shops fault, really helpful and friendly staff.
I took a phone call before going into Subway and was looking at the models in the window of this Warhammer shop next door. Both my Girlfriend and I marvelled at the detail and went into to have a look around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, helping other people paint models. We ate next door at the Subway and had a look at the Gamesworkshop website for more information. We went back in after eating and brought a 5 starter book which came with a free model and are very interested in starting our own collection, or should I say our own collections as we both like different factions :D
This small Warhammer shop in Cheltenham carries all the major ranges of models, games, paints and books produced by Games Workshop. Staff were friendly and informative when asked for information and provided useful advice on getting started in the hobby. An introductory painting lesson for beginners was offered for free (practice miniature provided) when I asked about getting into the hobby. When I visited there was one gaming table in operation and a good-natured battle was underway. If in the area and needing any Games Workshop products I would happily visit again!
A great place to go in an do some warhammer, with a delightful employee to give you tips on your painting and show you how the game works, who is also a wonderful painter himself.
Friendly and hard working manager, great store and service for old fans and newcomers. Manager gives great help on painting advice and maintains an enjoyable and social local Warhammer community.
