The lady at reception who assisted one very stressed out Canadian should be commended for her empathy and patience (Unfortunately I don’t remember her name, I’m sorry!). I came in to see if it was at all possible to sign up with the practice so I could fill a prescription, despite only being in town for a short period of time. She was very helpful in getting me in touch with a doctor, and three days later I have the prescription in my hand. I also must comment on the amazing service from Dr. Malden who called me on the phone and patiently spent time talking with me about my prescription and getting a UK equivalent that would suit my needs. Overall a great experience and I’m so grateful to have found such a helpful practice.

One of the best GP prctices in Cheltenham. The staff are incredibly helpful and efficient, providing an excellent overall patient service. I have been going there for close to 10 years and never had to complain. I am 66.
