I would highly recommend this business. They have superbly cleaned an old suite and brought it back to looking like new. Liam who did the clean was very polite enthusiastic and passionate about his work. He worked extremely hard to remove some persistent marks and successfully did so. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you
Very happy with a good service from booking to completion. I had a sofa and 3 rugs cleaned by a very pleasant, helpful young man. I will only use ChemDry and have tried others but it’s worth the slightly higher price paid fora professional service.
Our new stairs carpet was stained after some heavy furniture was moved upstairs. Another company said they couldn’t get the stains off a woollen carpet! The service offered by Chem-Dry was very professional and we had excellent email communication. Liam was charming and very polite and was able to return our carpet to a pristine condition. They’re not the cheapest but they are certainly the best! We’re absolutely delighted!
Liam, the technician, was punctual and courteous, hard working, and a pleasure to deal with. He did a great job cleaning the carpets throughout my house in half a day. The carpets are over two years old and had never been cleaned, and not only are they now as clean as the day they were fitted, but the pile has been lifted too, restoring the volume that i'd assumed had gone. We have an 18-month-old boy but his stains were no match for ChemDry! The carpets were dry within an hour of Liam leaving, and the whole process was extremely impressive. Well done ChemDry!
From the original discussion with Allison for a quote request, all information was very promptly organised and all the through up until the final report was sent everyone was very professional. A superb service and would definitely use them again in the future.
