If only no stars can be given. Very rude owner. Avoid at all cost especially the collect service. He refused to accommodate customers even having a code sent by the sender and a valid ID. He said that he already returned the parcels but the senders said that the items weren’t returned. I tried politely talking to him not to handle the parcels roughly (parcels have notes saying that they are FRAGILE) but he just lashed out on me. I came back (3rd time having a collection code) hoping that he would be nice but told me to go away. Not what you would expect from a store owner.
I'd give this no stars if I could. Second time that I have used this shop as a 'safe' place to collect a parcel and the parcel is missing despite being shown as delivered at the premises. The courier's details show that the parcel is at the store, but the staff refuse to look for it and deny it is there. Avoid at all costs.
This man is so laid back and friendly its a pleasure to go in
Oh my god. A 5 star review doesn't do this shop justice at all, the staff are absolutely lovely and they make you feel like family
