Good but not incredible. River boating is always a good holiday. We had a comfort plus boat, Royal Mystique. Loads of space for four, bring blinds for the main cabin if you want to sleep six. Well designed mechanically, has dual driving positions and separate generator for aircon/heating plus outdoor grill. Feels a bit dated though, seen better days. Service from the team was OK, bits missing from our order were refunded. For the very large amount of money, comparable per night to a very top range London hotel, you would hope for perfection. Handy local tip: other MDL marinas at Windsor and Bray will berth le boat cruisers for no additional charge! Phone ahead to book as it is not guaranteed they will have space. Nice toilets and showers! Bit far for your last day though, allow 5 and 6 hours cruising from Chertsey respectively. For Last night/first night late start, Runnymede or Old Windsor moorings are 2 hours cruise. Can't moor near Windsor Castle for security reasons so upriver of Old Windsor is another 2 hours to reach a possible mooring at Eton anyway and that was very crowded on Saturday night mid summer.

Had the worst experience with one of the rudest office lady at the reception I ever met. We booked an expensive holiday with Le Boat and arrived early. The woman asked us to go wait at a pub, which we did. After a couple of hours when we came back, she rudely told us to go away, since she didn't call us. She was aggressive and rude and almost destroyed our holiday, only the kind Le Boat people at the Benson base restored our belief that Le Boat can have a good service.
