Would never order brought 3 differnt sets had to return 2 as when they were opend they did not contain the right amount of gems and trying to get them after spending 40 quid on the item tgen getting a struggle just for replacement gems dont waste ur money

I love their Crystal Art kits, but, there seems to be no standard for labelling colours of drills used. For example, white in two different kits will have different letters or numbers. This makes using up opened drills difficult on another Crystal Art kit and makes storage wasteful. Have a standard, as in cross stitch threads. And another idea would be to create books with patterns in them where we could use our extra drills up as we like, such as flowers, mandalas etc. I would give this comp 5 stars if they though more about the products they sell.

During coronavirous they raise prices for elastic so much that I was shocked to find that they sold me 3m for 4.95 and in London I bought 2 days ago 3m for 0.60!!! I made a mistake in my order , emailed them before shipping if to me but they still refused to change my order! I order elastic for masks but I realized was too wide so wanted a narrower version.
