What can you say about this company that's positive? Nothing! A plumbing company fitted us a mascerator which was faulty so it was switched. The second one seemed to work fine... for 2 months. Then it started faulting, so I go back to my plumbing company who arrange for Sumps and Pumps to get in touch to resolv . To cut a long story short they finally after much back and forth agreed to come out and sort it. That was a month ago now and all they're doing now is dodging responsibility.
