A big gold star to driver Stephen Phillips (403) who not only delivered my 4x 25kgs of fuel this morning, which I assume are pre-packed, but humped them into the coal bunker, all completely silently. Never heard a thing. Thank you so much. ( 29/1/21)

I have previously worked for CPL Distribution on two separate occasions, (10years apart) and can honestly say this company is heading downwards in a steep direction from rude drivers to management encouraging drivers to put less in people's bunkers.....(next time watch your driver) you will see for your self 1or 2 bags missing....not good.....cpl are the sort of company to treat employees like modern day slaves, carring up to 7tonne a day by hand as they got rid of the 2man crew and replaced the 2nd man with no one or nothink.....all in all a terrible company selling wet/damp logs and coal that barely burn and trust me I know this first hand as we do more collections then deliveries......take your hard earned money somewhere else and feel appreciated as a customer not cheated ....
