Have attended a couple of sessions now and have been bitten by the grappling bug! The sessions are brilliantly balanced between learning new moves, and putting them to use. I Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to give it a try as the guys have been nothing but welcoming, and have really made me feel part of the team.

I have been going for a few months now. The coach and the higher belts are so good at what they do so there’s much to learn and lots of people who are happy to teach you. Everyone is friendly and so there’s always a very positive atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning self defence!

I joined Patello about two months ago. I had a stressful work routine and decided to try this club as a way to exercise and keep fit. From day one I was made to feel welcome. The coach is very patient and a great teacher. Despite his level of skill he always spends time with the beginners. The rest of the group are also lovely people. You always get time to roll under the watchful eye of the coach and the seniors who always know how far to go with the beginners. They have made a huge difference to my confidence and my cardio. Families and kids are always welcome here.

If you want to learn BJJ this is the place ! Rodolfo is a great teacher and fun . Everyone is friendly and Was made to feel welcome. Everyone is willing to answer questions and help . I highly recommend
