Can say all staff were amazing when having my surgery both times I had to go back due to the surgeon putting the wrong size implant in which then resulted in me having to have that replaced awake as they said they would not pay for me to be put to sleep even though it wasn’t my fault the surgeon did take full responsibility for that but Tony clearly didn’t want to Faulk out the money I then rang as I thought one of my implants may have burst or something wasn’t ok as I had pain Tony told me that I had to go my doctor and ask for an mri scan for what I do not no it’s now been a year and 4months my breast are awful they look worse now than what they did before don’t see much point in contacting them as I no what reply I will get from Tony wish I went somewhere els service is shocking I am now going to a different clinic for them to sort out the mess that has been made wasted my money completely with this clinic!!

Warming and welcoming! Wow the service at the clinic is so warming and welcoming! I love the staff, they do not make you feel uncomfortable at all. The first consultation is so mind opening about how everything goes and your own questions, I can’t wait for my next appointment.
Couldn’t eat or drink properly for a over a week after my rhinoplasty with dr Raghavan my throat was bloody and raw after the breathing tube was rammed down my throat. I got an infection and was in severe pain. I was told the pain would subside after 12 hours which it did not. The nurses in pall mall were rude, the whole thing was a sham from beginning to end. Not worth the money!!
Highly recommend this clinic after having a breast lift recently!
