Have purchased two Heta multifuel burners from Amberglow James was a pleasure to deal with, 1st in 2015 second in 2017. We recently had a couple of concerns over the burners and Amberglow Jamie reacted immediately and resolved our concerns. You can see the true measure of a business by how they react when you raise a concern. Professional and friendly staff will recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff, lots of choices. Ease of ordering and being able to ask question that were answered by knowledgeable staff. Went it picked the log burner we liked, guy setup a home visit to make sure they had all the info they needed, after that arranged an installation date. We're really excited. Installation was hassle free, the guys spent a good chunk of the day installing it in one of the hottest days we've had. Fire looks great, plastering was spot on. The room was left lovely and tidy afterwards, absolutely no complaints. We were given a walkthrough on how to use the fire, which was great. Also given tips on its care before the first burn. Everything about the purchase was flawless. 10/10

After much shopping around we choose Amberglow as they had the fire we wanted and impressed us with the service offered and price. Unfortunately there was an issue with the finish on the stove supplied but without any problems they arranged a replacement stove to be fitted! All their staff were great to deal with including the fitters. Can highly recommend.

Such a wide range of fireplaces, from log burners, to gas to electric. The staff are very informative and friendly. Such a nice place to walk into with the fires on in this cold time of year. You can wonder the shop and approach staff when your ready. Bought a fire the day i visited and even got a little discount. Go visit if your considering a fire, you cant miss the place, its got many flues on the root on approach.
