Easily one of the best cocktail bars I’ve been to. Lovely decor, attentive staff, beautifully presented and delicious cocktails. Have yet to try the food but it looked delicious as it passed me by. Came here a few years ago and they would pair the cocktails with a snack which was a nice twist. They don’t seem to be doing that any more but the cocktails are still perfectly balanced. If you’re coming to Chester you can’t miss a visit here

We called in to the Barlounge about 4 year's ago and it was definitely the highlight of our bus tour around the U.K., the manager Jack (John) and the staff went above and beyond to feed and water us ,we went back again before flying home to Australia and again were overwhelmed by The friendliness of the staff their service and the quality and quantity of the food and beverage, I can Absolutely recommend this Establishment, Thank you .

A little place of pure indulgence for aptly named drinks and delicious food. Great atmosphere, and the waiters and waitresses were so smiley and attentive. Our waitress Anna was delightful. The menu was of all the specials they have had on the menu the last 20 years and each and every bite was like a slice of heaven. Defo worth a little venture down the high street to this place.
