Good customer service The car was a bit dirty on pickup and needed a re-valet which was very swiftly dealt with- but felt it should have been picked up by the dealer before handover There was also a small nick in the alloy which they have offered to fix for me I do think when spending a lot of money - a small gesture to the customer- especially in the current climate - perhaps flowers or a small token. To thank me for my custom But I was grateful for the fuel!

Just purchased our replacement Approved Used Discovery Sport during lockdown. The process, albeit different because of covid worked well. Luke and the rest of team provided an excellent and professional service. Well done everyone.

Saved up and bought my dream car in May 2017 from HA fox Chester. Fabulous experience from start to finish whilst buying the car however 1 week in and let’s just say the problems started! The exhaust fell off the car because a bracket had failed... fair enough I thought these things happen it got replaced under warranty. Next came the issue of the add blue. Despite paying well over the odds for there add blue the car was telling me I had incorrect quality which has happened from 2 week in to owning the which is a nuisance but hey jaguar are dealing with it at there expense which is fine until the car comes out of warranty then they want 140 just to look at an issue which you’ve been have from week 2 of ownership then comes the problem of uneven wear on the brake disks! The pads on my car have cut Trainline tracks in my disks which an independent expert has informed me is a problem that should of been covered under warranty! No jaguar see it as yet another opportunity to take money from you my car is a 2016 XE with 21 thousand on the clock so this is not wear and tear! Now the car has decided it doesn’t like DAB radio anymore so wont play it and it also doesn’t like Bluetooth as this has also now disabled itself and is longer in use so after a long conversation with Chester JLR what do you think they want... bring it in so another 140 just for them to look at it and diagnose. My advice to anyone would seriously think about buying a car from jaguar. I’d always wanted one but now I own one I wished I’d not bothered and should of stayed with my Audi which is sad because I thought I was buying a great British car but I was really buying a ford Mondeo in a nice coat
