We are first time home buyers, using the governments Help to Buy scheme. Jason began the process for us and was always quick to respond to our queries and provide useful advice. He was able to give us a long term picture rather than just an immediate solution. The paperwork was very quickly filed and processed (there were some hiccups, but all smooth sailing in the end).
