I've been using this salon for over 2 years now and can not recommend it highly enough. Small, intimate, friendly and the staff take great care of you. You never feel rushed and always feel like they take their time with you. I've had my hair coloured and styled by both Debbie and Sarah and they are just amazing!

First visit to Vibrant Hair and Beauty Salon after a well over due and hesitant return to the hairdresser chair. I was lucky enough to have a very talented and attentive stylist named Kate, who worked on finally getting the red brass tones out of my hair along with an uplifting shape just in time for spring/summer. The charming little salon ran by Julie and her small team should not be over looked and with the great addition to an abundance of beauty treatments at reasonable and tempting prices are perfect for a well needed pamper day that is close to home and all local amenities. The array of complimentary tea and coffee is always a bonus! Talent and ease all under one comforting and classy roof.

Booked a luxury manicure and to be fair it was mediocre. I'm all for supporting local businesses but this didn't feel like a luxury at all. The exfoliating scrub was cold when it was put on my hands and I was asked to use the staff toilet to wash it off. The hand mask and mitts were nothing special, the cream used for the arm and hand massage was freezing cold and resting my elbow on the hard desk top wasn't a comfortable experience. The girl who did the treatment was nice and the actual shape and polish looks nice, but I still have straggly bits of skin that weren't neatened, due to constant use of hand sanitiser, and my hands don't really feel any better. All in all a lot of money for something that felt like a standard manicure.

Excellent Chester-Le-Street salon. I started using Vibrant Hair and Beauty over 2 years ago . I decided to treat myself to some Russian lash extensions for a holiday. I absolutely loved them so much I'm still getting them done over 2 years later. I highly recommend Julie and her staff . I was delighted last weekend to be able to return to get my lashes done again post Covid . Julie is extremely professional and she has ensured her salon is extremely safe. All her staff wear masks and visors , she has masks and hand sanitiser at the door for clients, and she ensures the salon is spotlessly clean. Her salon does a range of other hair and Nails and beauty treatments . If you are looking for a friendly, professional and immaculate salon then look no further .
