I would highly recommend magnet staff are so friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough to help me as I didnt have any idea about a design on the kitchen I wanted they gave me loads of ideas and talked me through everything many thanks to them

My wife and I visited Magnet after viewing Wren kitchens. We were astounded at the reception we received, nobody seemed to bothered to get out of there chair and come and talk to us. Eventually a Softly spoken young lady approached us, she did her best to answer our questions, but clearly didn’t have the experience or knowledge that we were looking for. She tried to involve who I think was a manager, the guy couldn’t even be bothered to leave his seat. We were looking for inspiration from a designer to help us with our once in a life time kitchen. My wife and I looked at each other and just headed for the door. We are building a new house, and we were looking at spending around 25-30,000 on the kitchen. What’s wrong with these people, who picked them for this job. This was probably why the place was empty! We are now in final talks with Wren, what a different experience and pleasure to deal with.
