Just wow! Had.my first session of reiki with nobu, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to, will go again, I actually felt the flow of energy within me. Highly recommend for those that are engaged mentally strenuous work which requires a lot of focus, or for the creative individuals. If you do yoga or meditation reiki will enhance your practice as blockages are removed and energy flow is re-established.
