Love this pet shop, I purchased a shubunkin fish an he's just turned 10yrs, which I believe is very good for a fish, staff are knowledgeable and very helpful, I live in Runcorn and highly recommend
Friendly staff but unfortunately they could do with some improvement. They sell unsuitable cages for small animals and birds. The budgies we got from there sadly have PBFD (French Molt) - this will be more of an issue caused by the supplied breeder rather than the shop. The breeder was in the store at the time of the last visit. He shockingly never heard of this highly contagious and fatal disease! The store could be greatly improve if the owners are better educated on animal welfare, supply better and more suitable products, and find an ethical breeder for the birds.
