Moronic rationing system for booking to talk to the nurse about cholesterol. Cannot book in advance, they have a system where you have to ring the next day at 8am and hope. I have previously done this and phoned repeatedly for 32 mins when I really did need to speak to a doctor. Dire !

Receptionists was rude and I wouldn't recommend to goto this doctors to be spoken to the way I was when I handed something to the receptionist I am glad I did leave this doctors when I did this was for my grandson

My experience with Park Medical Chester has been great. They have an online booking system, which you can book blood tests, see a GP and telephone appointments. So I don't even need to ring up! I've been seeing one GP since being there so I can't speak for the others at the practice, but she's the best GP I've seen, full stop. I hope I never need to change practice. Highly recommended.
