I've had my Solartwin Panel for 12 years and needed a replacement part for the first time. I called the number on the website and spoke to Brenda, a lovely, knowledgeable lady who could not have been more helpful. She talked me through some checks to determine what was wrong and made sure that I got the correct part. Delivery was very fast and Brenda talked me through installing the part as I sat in my loft. This was without doubt the best Customer Service that I have ever received from any company and I cannot praise her highly enough. Having been a Solartwin user for 15 years I decided it was time to upate/renew my Solartwin Thermal hot water system. The existing setup had been operating for the full 15 years without problem other than showing signs of age (cosmetic). Genfit quoted a very reasonable price for a complete replacement which I opted for. The two installation engineers arrived within a few weeks, on the date and time agreed, and carried out decomissioning of the old and installation of the new systems within one day. All items were new, they were very tidy, cheerful and explained the differences in the new system compared to old (a controller and a new style pump now fitted). They departed mid-afternoon leaving me with a new Solartwin Thermal system up and running and with hot water in the tank. The new system is much, much quieter than the old due to the different pump that is now fitted and the controller ensures that water is only pumped from the roof panel when there is heat to be gained from this. So, a much quieter and more efficient system - definitely a recommended update if you have the older, non-controller system fitted.

After 14 years of faultless service from my original Solartwin 'off grid' hot water supply Genfit have upgraded the system with a solar controller, new PV panel and uprated pump. The work was faultlessly completed by professional installers in compliance with safety (and Covid 19) regulations. We now enjoy an even more efficient, greener, system. Thank you Genfit.

Brilliant staff at Genfit. Brenda Phillips couldn’t have been more helpful with advice after my old solartwin thermal panel was damaged in the February storms. Then came lockdown but as soon as they could do so safely, Dave and Johnny came and replaced it in only a few hours.They were prompt, efficient and very tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Genfit and the solartwin system which has served us well with free hot water during the summer and only a little topping up in winter for over 25 years now.
