Purchased a low mileage, used C4 PIcasso Exclusive from Chester in 2018. Salesperson said that vehicle came with Internet. Didn't find out till on the drive home after collecting the car that Citroen no longer provided the Internet support, so the system was obsolete. Phone call to dealership and they said there was nothing they could do. Now they want 2000 to have the clutch and dual mass pressure plate replaced after less than 50k miles. Apparently, failing clutches is a known problem with these vehicles. Yes, I know it's just over 2 years since I purchased the car but 50k miles on a clutch ? Come on!!

Great service every time since I bought the car 8 years ago. Reception are very good and I always get the car back a lot cleaner than when i take it in. Can't be faulted.
I saw a car that I wanted to view about a month ago. I spoke with the sales rep and of course there was a lot of interest in the car and if I was to give 200 they could ensure it was available when I arrived as I was coming from Manchester. We viewed the car and it wasn't what we wanted. No problem I was told they'll refund the money. Great didn't think twice about it. Checked and the money hadn't gone back into my account so got in touch with the sales rep who said he'd tried to get in touch. Not sure how that didn't happen as they had sent me a video of the car so had my details. Anyway had to share card details to action the refund. No problem 10 days later and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've just called up now and been told that the accountant actioned yesterday!. So frustrating! Avoid paying any money as its an absolutely headache trying to get it back.

Staff were courteous and professional. I was contacted as soon as the vehicle was ready for collection and the the exterior had been cleaned. Great service!
