Left with no gas again! 4th time in 4 years on their so called forecasting system. So with me stuck working abroad my wife and 3 kids will have no heating or hot water for days....and the outside temp has just past -5c! Then you have to deal with multiple calls, followed by the lies and broken promises of call backs. Home page says 'The Energy People Who Go Above and Beyond'..... what drivel! Most unreliable shower of a company I've ever dealt with. Can't wait to leave....

I would not even give a star if I could. Scammers, fraudsters, you name it, this is what this company is! If you own a business, please do not go with this dishonest and fraudulent company. Slaps you with a huge invoice and would not want to release you from their contract, which is their tactic to make money. Then cannot even explain the calculation behind the huge charge they have sent you for a month! Ridiculous company. Should be sued for their actions!
Absolutely awful company! We were left without gas every single time we placed an order on 25-30% over the few years we were in contract with them, Every call I made I would be promised a call back which we never received! Out tank was then due for exchange which an appointment was made twice and the engineers didn’t turn up, so again we were left without gas for over a week both times.. when I chased this up again, we were told our tank would not be exchanged now as it would not be worthwhile for the engineers to come to us to fill a small tank and were told we would need to go to our local garage to get bbq gas bottles to heat our whole house with no notice.. this company do not care about there customers, the only time I had any contact or politeness was when an invoice was due! Thankfully, we are now out of contract we are able to change suppliers, but they have still not been to collect the old tank even after chasing 6 times and constantly calling them! I assume this is because they will be disposing of this tank so isn’t in there favour to get this done! I would recommend avoiding this company as everyone else I know who uses this company also have constant problems
My 67 year old parents are without gas (10 days and counting) during the coldest snap of the last 12 months. False promises and goal post changing by these utter cowboys!! You and all that work for this ‘company’ are literally risking the well-being of customers. Disgusting!!!!!
Quite possibly the most disorganised company I’ve had the displeasure to work with. Individually the people I have dealt with have been pleasant and have tried to help but it’s taken almost 5 months to resolve a gas supply issue and for 4 of those weeks we were completely without gas. The company still owes me almost 400 because I was overcharged. Extremely frustrating company and very poor service overall. Buyer beware.
