Collected our new used Honda CRV today from Stoneacre Chesterfield and as we did on the day of purchase we received amazing service. We had high recommendations from a friend and our experience didn’t disappoint. Dan Rose is a fantastic sales man, we felt very looked after throughout by him and Ed. Also advice and support received from Daniel Wheeldon was massively appreciated. Really fab team made buying our new car a brilliant experience. Thank you to all. After my recent visit to Stoneacre Chesterfield 'Honda' I couldn't possibly not take the time to write a review, From my initial enquiry with whom I had my first contact with the very lovely and very welcoming James to bringing my new Honda CRV home today I've never experienced such a fantastic experience buying a car, James was so professional but so down to earth at the same time he made me feel so comfortable from the first minute I met him and he did everything and more to enable me to purchase the car I wanted, Aswell as James I had the privilege of meeting Ed and again what a lovely man I felt I'd known him for years, Ed's amazing experience and knowledge really did put the icing on the cake as he made my finiancal commitments work for me so that I didn't walk away disappointed, As a team these two are just brilliant, I would recommend anyone anywhere to go to see these two gentlemen I don't think I will ever go anywhere else and it's all down to my experience over the last few days..... Excellent service from Jordan in the service department .Its so nice to deal with someone in a main dealer service department who actually does what she says , as at so many other main dealers these days they dont seem to care .She is a credit to the company . Amazing service from James Hunt at Stoneacre Honda in Chesterfield. I've bought countless cars over the years and I can honesty say the service I received from James was second to none... Not only did he find me the perfect car at the price i wanted but managed to turn the whole proces around in just 4 hours. Exceptional service !!!

The staff were polite and helpful, however after doing the mot and the service on the car I had to take off all the plastics -serving as COVID protection- from the steering wheel and seat, also I had to go back to get my service book which they forgot to put back in the car. Unfortunately they couldn’t do the service wash either as they didn’t have “the guy” here to do it. Also took more than 2 hours for the service and mot which is more than usual. I expected more from Honda and it would be a 3 star experience but I blame COVID so I give them a 4. Next year will try their Sheffield branch.
