We moved to Chichester around 3 months ago and our first experience of Carluccio's was breakfast one morning. It was everything we would expect and more, friendly staff, we were not rushed, happy to subsidies one item for another on the menu and checked my discount cards to see which gave us the best deal. Since then it has become our daughters favourite restaurant and we have had further dinners and breakfast, once (when the current rules allowed) with family including 3 generations and from the grandparents to the grandkids they provided a great service keeping the children occupied and content so the adults could enjoy the great food and chat. We have had many super waiters and from our first breakfast and dinner we met one of the managers Sam who was outstanding in every way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Reopening breakfast treat- my partner and I were so happy Carluccios in Chichester reopened and visited this morning for coffee, pastry and juice. They have retained their friendly, capable staff, and their usual pleasant, breezy atmosphere. Of course the food and drink was great as always. The staff were ensuring it was covid-safe, without it feeling too alien, which put us at ease. So glad they are back and we will be along to see you very soon!
Pre-covid Carluccio’s was our favourite restaurant so we were thrilled to hear it had new owners and was opening again. We were very disappointed unfortunately. The restaurant had lots of mini fruit flies, glasses were not cleaned properly, bread stale and the ravioli stale and tasteless. I understand there may be some ingredient supply issues/ cost cutting measures and this really showed in the overall meal. We’ll stay away for a few months until they sort out the reopening teething issues.
