Was looking for lino type off cut for the bathroom. Found something to fit the bill admirably within 10mins. Took as long again for it to be checked out but they did offer to carry it to the car for us.

Possibly the most hassle I have had. Having had a good buying experience the fitting was a disaster. The 2 men arrived and immediately stated our perfectly laid screed was too bumpy to possibly lay laminate on. They would have to lay new screed, very expensive we were told. They were asked to lay the carpet but did not have it with them. They left complaining they had lost a days money. Next day they laid the carpet but unbelievably took off their shirts without asking and worked like that. Not happy as it was pleasant for wife and daughter. Unbelievably they then offered to lay the laminate flooring the following Friday!!?? I have since laid the flooring without a bump in site. Have sent 2 emails of complaint with no reply as yet.
The guy that helped us was fab. But while we were sitting down talking about details a rude woman who was working there on the phone & she just cut in no pardon or do you mind if I just ask a question acted as if we went there. Very bad rude behaviour. 5 stars for the guy helping us. The woman needs to be taught customer service. Would have 5 if the woman hadn't been so rude.
Possibly the easiest and most helpful carpet purchase I will ever make, Ian was very patient and understanding and even suggested a laminate for our lower floor which in hindsight was a sensible choice. The carpet and laminate were fitted on time to an incredible finish. Having purchased a new build with an uneven lower floor I can only praise Mike for being able to do the job as well as he has. The carpet and laminate are both incredible quality for the price I paid and would recommend the company to anyone looking to purchase new flooring. In short great service, great fit and great price.
