This is great fun for both adults and children alike. Great Covid19 precautions. Can get very busy and was advised this by kieron. Staff were friendly but presumed we had used them before. Will definitely go again.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Kelly. Enquired about booking one Sunday afternoon but only was a Sunday evening with pizza offer going. It’s my daughters birthday and none of the kids like pizza ( typical). She said there updating there times because of the covid and she would update me with times and offers as soon as it was done,and She did exactly that, so I managed to book our party in. Then I had another issue ( on my part)which she resolved straight away. Kelly was fantastic the whole time,always got back to me straight away even in the evening,any problems she resolved,polite and friendly,easy to talk to. Thank you kelly

Me and my family liked Chichester place but we went there last Sunday and few things are shut which means that you do not fully enjoy experience but you still are change full amount! View area for parents is very poor as you cannot see your children at all as you are seated in a dark area and you view is blocked by climbing area which is shut and completely dark. If you go to adventure parks they at least charging you less or offers you free tickets for next time. I just feel it’s too expensive even for two people. Nonetheless it is clean and staff is visible. But I would not say social distancing is kept nor staff reminds people about social distancing.

A good idea on paper. Good covid prevention methods in place. I have a HUGE complaint however about the price for a 4 year old. Smaller children are too small to participate in over half the activities. Areas closed because of COVID and there is no reduction in price. The place is clean and the staff are hot on the rules. The children had fun, but they arent the ones paying for it. I cant see how they can justify 12 entry for a 4 year old when only half the things are operational. Its put me off returning, until they adjust the prices more fairly for a smaller child.

Omg my inner child came out and I was like a little girl in a candy store... Music was amazing, lights, decor, staff... All superb! Children can't wait to go back including myself.
