Exceptional service from Jon at Fontwell Physio. Jon managed to get me from severe pain in my hip to getting me back to running a 10k with no pain! Fabulous! All staff are friendly and helpful and are genuinely interested in your recovery. 100% recommended.

My first time back to Fontwell Hydro pre COVID-19. I am a senior lady, and I was very nervous about going to the centre. On arrival I was greeted in the car park by Jane(physiotherapist), she was wearing a protection mark and duly cook my temperature at a distance, she put me at ease and went through the new protocol fully. . On entering the Hydro reception I fill out a yes/no type form regarding my current wellness. I has my own changing room ! Amazing methodical detail regarding cleanliness and care had obviously been taken. I spent 45 minutes in the pool with Jane giving one to one instruction from the pool side - She took me through a routine which suited my needs and yes, she took me through my paces also . I Needn’t have worried at all, I felt safe and relaxed. Thank you Jane. I have booked several SELF TREATMENT classes. This is worked by bookings on the phone or online. The sessions are a maximum of four people in the pool ONLY and each person has their own changing room - PERFECT! .
