Great Customer Service!! I could not be more impressed with the service Paul Kelly provided. I originally enquired about purchasing an approved F-Pace and after just a few days of Paul working closely with Dan Coxill, Paul was able to put me in the brand new F-Pace R-Sport!!! These guys really do put the customers needs first!! Highly recommend getting in touch with Paul if you want to upgrade.

My Jaguar XF had developed a problem with the gearbox which was then recovered to Harwoods, they helped me as best as they could considering I didn't purchase my Jag from here, but the level of service I received I felt like I had been a lifelong customer. The whole dealership was gearing up for Black Friday hence nearly the whole Jaguar range in black was installed in the show room my favourite being the XJ front and centre.
