I am a first time Mum who has returned to work after maternity leave. Any parent knows that back to work and leaving your baby in someone else’s care is very daunting. I do not feel like I could have chosen better carers for my little boy. Julie and Ali completely put my mind at ease by giving me regular updates of my son during the day and filling me in when I pick him up after work. If you explain to them your child’s specific needs they will follow this no matter what. I chose to go with a childminder because I wanted a more one to one relationship that you won’t get at a nursery. Julie and Ali are very active and enjoy going outdoors which my son loves. Rest assured your child will not be stuck inside all day just because of a bit of rain! The children always have something new to tell me everyday about what they have learned or what educational activities they have been involved in. They have gone above and beyond what I would expect from any childminder, including coming to pick my son up for me when my car had broken down on the way to work. They are very reliable. Because of them my back to work transition has been so incredibly easy and any guilt I had about leaving my son in childcare has all but disappeared because it’s clear for everyone to see, he is absolutely thriving in their care. The children are encouraged to interact and play together although their ages vary and I think this is setting a fantastic example for my son as he grows. I am positive that his experiences with Ali and Julie will have a huge impact on his confidence. I cannot recommend enough

My daughter has been with childminderSOS since June 2017. Julie and Ali are passionate about their job, they are attentive & caring to every child in their care treating each as an individual learning their likes, dislikes & what stimulates them to grow both academically & emotionally. They are very competent and we felt extremely safe in placing our daughter in their care. My daughter who is now nearly four years old loves to go to Julie and Ali & every day provides a new adventure including muddy & sunny nature walks, lots of arts & crafts, music & sing along & interacting with the family dog to name a few. We get a daily diary and regular updates on baby's day & progress reports. Julie and Ali are very open minded & embrace each day with great enthusiasm! During our daughter's time with them Julie and Ali have been extremely accomodating to our needs, taking on extra sessions and helping out with out of hours care when required. I cannot recommend them enough & feel very lucky to have found such wonderful people to help our daughter bloom.
