Went to the shop today and honestly what a guy!!! I was excited for the hot sauces but I had no idea what type of customer service I would be receiving!! Man is a legend, such a connoisseur we spoke for ages and he shared so much knowledge about each hot sauce and explained textures and qualities of the sauces like a boss. I recommend one hundred percent that anybody who lives in Leeds and is just passing by in town to drop by and just take a look at least even though the prices are so much cheaper than the USA! I have no clue how he does it. Five stars, could give six if I had the option

Always amazing customer service from Frank! Not just about the heat - we told Frank what were we're looking for and he hooked us up with an AMAZING chilli sauce with so much flavour. We're addicted!
